Maple Sugar is pure maple syrup boiled to a high temperature, then beaten until it turns to granular sugar. This is an all natural substitute for white sugar. It can be used in cooking and as an everyday sweetener. Granular maple sugar also makes a great topping for ice cream or special desserts.

OMG! This is amaze balls! We use this to make Maple Bacon Breakfast Rolls that are to die for. Take a basic sweet bread (cinnamon dough) recipe. Cover in butter, add about 3 oz of the Maple seasoning and a pound of crumbled, cooked bacon. Bake. Cover with a basic cream cheese frosting that is made runnier by adding the Maple syrup. People will drool…seriously.
